This Privacy Policy explains how CombatCalculatorOSRS.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use our website and tools (the “Service”). We built this calculator to be fast, helpful, and privacy-respecting by default.

• HiScores lookup inputs (optional): if you use any feature that fetches your OSRS stats from public HiScores, we process the display name/username you enter to perform that lookup.
• Usage data (analytics, optional): basic aggregated metrics like page views, device type, and approximate region to help us improve performance and UX.
• Server logs: standard logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps, request path) used for security, rate limiting, and reliability.
• Messages you send: if you contact us via the contact page, we receive the information you submit (e.g., name, email, message).

2) What we do not collect by default

• No accounts or passwords are required to use the calculator.
• We do not ask for your OSRS password, bank pin, authenticator codes, or recovery details—ever.
• We don’t request government IDs, payment details, or sensitive personal information to use the core tool.

3) How we use information

• Provide the calculator’s features (including optional public-stat lookups).
• Maintain, debug, and improve performance, UX, and calculation accuracy.
• Secure the Service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot incidents.
• Respond to messages or support requests you send us.

4) Cookies

The Service may use essential cookies or local storage for basic functionality (for example, remembering UI preferences). If we add non-essential analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will provide notice and controls where required by law.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). If you believe a child provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
